Service provider is a non-profit entity and its objective is to connect local governments with organizations that offer the best solutions in order to create a sustainable and long-term system that will operate on the principles of a circular and open innovation model. The selection of an adequate technological solution is possible due to the connection with specialized networks that connect various organizations and companies.
Knowing regulations at the national and European level, knowing the process of obtaining permits as well as connection with potential investors are skills without which the project will not come to life. Choosing the right form of organization, i.e., spin-off, which will be the central place that will bring together various stakeholders and at the same time manage the energy project, is a complex issue.
